Final Order / Judgement

In the Lok Adalat held in the main room of this Commission today i.e. on 11.12.2021 at 11.30 am, which is attended by the complainant’s Advocate, in the material placed before us are perused and the Ld. Advocate for the complainant is heard. On scrutiny of the record it is found that no part of the complainant’s claim remain unpaid and therefore a final order for disposal can easily be passed. The Ld. Advocate for the complainant also submits that he is not inclined to proceed with this case further.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is disposed of as withdrawn.

Let plain copy be given to the parties free of cost, as per CPR.
