As per our directions dated 13-05-2014, Mr. Paras Nath Maurya, Tehsildar and Mr. Vipul Prakash, Asstt. Town Planner are present. Learned counsel for the parties submitted that matter has been settled between the parties and they have filed joint compromise along with documents and reports prepared by the Tehsildar and approved by Vice Chairman of the petitioner. As parties have settled the matter, this revision petition is disposed of in the light of settlement terms and petitioner is directed to execute lease deed in respect of 2813.01 sq. mtrs. land shown in red color in the site plan within one month and hand over possession to the respondent and lease deed for balance land 245.37 sq. mtrs. will be executed as per decision of the case pending in Honle Allahabad High Court. These settlement terms and documents shall form part of order. Revision petition stands disposed of.
