                   File taken up today on the Miscellaneous Application No.227 of 2023 filed by learned counsel for the applicant-complainant under Section 482 CRPC seeking permission for withdrawal of the present complaint.

2.                Mr. N.S. Sidhu, counsel for the complainant has suffered a statement that does not want to press on the Miscellaneous Application No.227 of 2023 filed by learned counsel for the applicant-complainant under Section 482 CPC seeking permission for withdrawal of the present complaint at this stage. He further stated that as per the instruction of the complainant, he does not want to pursue further with the present complaint as the matter has been settled between both the parties. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

 

4.                In pursuance of the statement suffered by Mr. N.S. Sidhu, complainant, Miscellaneous Application No.227 of 2023 as well as  present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

6.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.

7.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
