It is stated by proxy counsel that arguing counsel is busy today and he be awaited. On the second call also, there is no appearance on behalf of the appellant. Costs of Rs.10,000/- imposed upon the appellant, vide order dated 14.5.2011, has not been deposited within the prescribed period. In these circumstances, the concerned District Forum shall recover the costs from the appellant, in accordance with law and furnish its compliance report, within four weeks, thereafter.
