- Gist of pleadings are that the complaint purchased a gaming monitor manufactured by the 1st opposite party, which developed some problems with regard to its clarity, which the complainant alleges, is attributable to manufacturing defect.
- The 1st opposite party filed version preferring a settlement proposal expressing their readiness and willingness to replace the existing standalone monitor of complainant with an ‘Acer’ brand new standalone monitor of reasonable configuration as full and final settlement of this complaint.
- Complainant has filed a statement dated 02/12/2022 accepting the said proposal made by the 1st opposite party.
- Resultantly, this complaint is disposed off with the direction that the 1st opposite party shall handover an ‘Acer’ brand new standalone monitor of reasonable configuration as full and final settlement of this complaint. Upon receipt of the same, the complainant shall return the existing standalone monitor to the representative or agent of the 1st opposite party.
