This complaint has been filed by the complaint U/s 12 of C. P. Act, 1986 praying for getting his Provident Fund amount along with interest and compensation.

                The case is fixed on 20.09.17 for Return of Service, Appearance and Written Version.

                The case record is put up today (06.09.2017) on the strength of a Joint  Put Up petition filed by the complainant and one S. K. Biswas, signatory of the OP No.1.

                From the Joint petition dt. 06.09.17 , it appears that  the dispute has been discussed  between the parties  and  the process  of withdrawing the P.F. amount of the complainant has already been started.

                A bunch documents has been filed in this regard.

                At this juncture, the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case and prays for closing the complaint.

                We are of the opinion that we should not stand in the way of the pious wishes of the complainant as well as the Opposite Party.

That the Consumer Complaint No. 127/2017 be and the same is disposed of  being  withdrawn.
