ORDER

This is a complaint filed under section 12 of Consumer Protection Act praying to direct the opposite parties:

1. To return and refund Rs.23,500/- being the price of handset, with interest @ 18% from the date of purchase (13.11.2013) till the date of payment in full quits.
2. To pay a sum of Rs.75,000/- as compensation for selling a defective hand set.
3. To pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for the mental agony, physical strain and for deprivation and loss of leisure.
4. To pay cost of Rs.25,000/-.

Today, when the complaint was called, The complainant and opposite parties called absent. Counsel also called absent. No interest shown by the complainant to proceed the matter. Hence this complaint is dismissed for default. No cost.
