          Complainant vide his separate statement (Annexure A-1) recorded today has stated that this complaint be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file the same before the appropriate authority.

2.      It is ordered accordingly.

3.      The complainant shall have liberty to seek his grievances before the appropriate authority, as per law.  He can seek help for condonation of delay in accordance with law laid down in Laxmi Engineering Works Vs. PSG Industrial Institute – 1995(3) SCC 583.
