                Decree holder  Jogendra  Singh is present along with  his advocate. Judgment debtor,  Rejeswar Bagchi, Deputy Manager of O.P. no. 1 is  personally present.

                Heard both sides. Decree holder files a petition praying for dispose of the case on the ground of compliance of the order. J. Dr. has made a payment of Rs. 26,100/- vide cheque no. 728522 dated 21-04-2012 drawn on S.B.I.  as decreetal amount. It is further submitted that the decree holder / complainant has received and accepted the  payment with full satisfaction stating that he does not want to proceed with the instant case and prayed for drop the case.  Perused.

                Considered. The prayer is allowed.
