Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant.

The complainant and the O.P. file their respective haziras. The O.P. files W.V., copy served. Let the same be kept with the record. The complainant appears today and by filing a petition has prayed to withdraw this case stating that due to some technical mistake if the case be continued, the complainant will suffer an irreparable loss and injury. As such the complainant is willing to withdraw this case.

Hence, it is

ORDERED,

that the petition of withdraw filed in this case today is allowed and accordingly the complainant is permitted to withdraw this case.

The case being No. CC - 100/2014 is thus disposed of on withdrawal.
