JUDGMENT

HON’BLE JUSTICE SRI. K. SURENDRA MOHAN : PRESIDENT

 

Both sides represented through counsel.  The respondent also present in person.  It is submitted that the dispute in this case has been settled among the parties, amicably.  The respondent submits that he has received the amount due to him and he has no further complaint.  In view of the above, this appeal is disposed of as having been settled outside court.

The amount of statutory deposit made at the time of filing the appeal shall be refunded to the appellant, on proper acknowledgment. 

The amount deposited by the appellant before the District Forum as condition for the grant of stay shall also be returned to the appellant, on proper acknowledgment.
