Heard Mr. S. Khound, learned counsel, appearing for the appellant. He has submitted that this matter has been amicably settled between the parties out side the court and in this regard a joint compromise petition has been filed wherein it is stated that the dispute in question has been settled on payment of Rs. 1.75 lakh to the respondent by the appellant bank.

              In view of the above position, it is prayed that the matter may be disposed of on being compromised.

              Since the matter has already been compromised between the parties, the instant appeal is disposed of.

              Statutory amount deposited by the appellant at the time of filing the appeal shall be returned to the appellant or their authorised agent.

              Send back the original record along with a copy of this order to the District Forum.
