Order

                    The opposite party No. 1 A.B.S. Computers Pvt. Ltd. to pay Rs. 7500/- to the complainant alongwith interest at the rate of Rs. 18% P.A. from 3.2.91 till realisation of the same.  It is also further directed that the opposite party No. 1 to pay Rs. 500/- as cost ofthe proceedings.  The opposite party No. 1 is directed to paya the above total amount to the complainant within a period of 45 days from the date of this order or else, the complainant would be entitled to recover the same alongwith interest at the rate of Rs. 18% P.A. from the date of this order.
