 It is from the record that this case was filed by the complainant through e-dakhil portal of this commission.

On dated 03/11/2023 and 06/11/2023 this case was fixed for admission hearing. In both the dates of admission hearing the complainant was absent without taking any step.

Today Neither the Complainant nor his Ld. Advocate are found present on repeated calls of this commission. It is now 02.30 PM. We have no other alternative but to dismiss the application u/s 35of the C.P. Act, 2019.
