ORDER

THIRU. S. PANDIAN,

 Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties   to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony and to provide extended warranty, and also to pay Rs.7,00,000/- towards future costs of the maintenance of the car and to pay cost of the complaint.  

Both represented.  Memo for withdrawal is filed by the complainant and recorded.  Hence this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  No cost.
