 The complainant filed memo to the following effect:

        “It is respectfully submitted that the above case settled out of Court. Hence, the complainant wants to withdraw the complaint from the Hon’ble Forum.  Hence, the Hon’ble Forum may be pleased to dismiss the complaint as withdrawn without costs”.

        In view of the said memo, the complaint is dismissed as settled without costs.
