             Shri Rahul Ganeshe, learned counsel for the appellant.

              As per order dated 20.09.2024, certified copy of the order of the District Commission as also receipt of the balance amount of pre-deposit u/s 41 of C.P.Act was to be furnished within 7 days.

             The certified copy of the order of the District Commission was filed by the counsel for the appellant on 07.10.2024 and receipt of the deficit amount of pre-deposit has not been furnished by him till date. 

           Since the compliance of the order dated 20.09.2024 has not been carried out within the prescribed time, the appeal stands dismissed, without further reference to the Bench.
