Statement of Sh.Bikker Singh aged about 50 years son of Sh.Ram Singh Resident of Mehraj Basti,St.No.1,Near Gurudwara,Rampura Phul Distt.Bathinda,complainant No.2 on oath alongwith counsel Sh.Naresh Garg W.O. Stated that We do not want to proceed with this complaint at the stage. I may be allowed to withdraw the complainant with permission to file fresh before the appropriate Court. RO&AC Member Member President, 6.9.10. 6.9.10 Present: Sh.Naresh Garg,counsel for the complainants alongwith Sh. Bikkar Singh,complainant No.2. Sh.Nasib Chand,counsel for opposite party No.1. Sh.K.K.Bajaj,Manager of opposite party No.2 in person. Complainants filed an application for allowing the complainants to withdraw the complaint with permission to file fresh before the appropriate court. In view the above statement made by complainant No.2 and counsel for the complainants, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file fresh before the appropriate Court if law permits.
