Today is fixed for settlement of this case by paying Rs. 45,000/- on demand draft by the O.Ps as last chance. At this stage O.P side paid Rs. 45,000/- to the complainant through demand draft being No. 496281 dated 11.11.2019 drawn at ICICI Bank in the name of Swapan Kr. Ghosh- complainant. A receipt of payment to that effect is filed. Let it be kept with the record. Hence the instant case is disposed of with full satisfaction on settlement ground.
