Today, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant inspite of several calls.
A perusal of the order-sheet has revealed that on 30.04.2024, Sh. Rakesh Saini, learned counsel for the appellant, had appeared before the Commission and sought some other date for moving an amendment application with regard to mentioning the current address of respondents, which was allowed, fixing 22.05.2024 for moving an amendment application on behalf of the appellant.
On 22.05.2024, neither anyone appeared on behalf of the appellant, nor the amendment application, as directed per order dated 30.04.2024, was moved on behalf of the appellant.
In the interest of justice, the appeal was adjourned, fixing 31.05.2024 for compliance of order dated 30.04.2024 by the appellant.
Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant, nor the appellant has complied the order dated 30.04.2024 by moving an amendment application depicting the current address of respondents.
It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.
In the above circumstances, the appeal is hereby dismissed in absence of the appellant as well as for want of prosecution. No order as to costs.
File be consigned to the record room along with copy of this order.
A copy of this order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal, information and necessary action.
