Heard counsel for the petitioner as well as counsel for the caveator.

          We agree with the view taken by the State Commission that the complaint was maintainable.  The dispute between the parties was regarding the valuation of the additional construction work.  According to the respondent, the said valuation was Rs.50,000/- whereas according to the petitioner/builder, it was Rs.1,54,000/-.  The State

Commission, based on the report of the Local Commissioner, directed the respondent to pay Rs.71,000/- for the additional construction work done by the petitioner.  Copy of report of the Local Commissioner has not been put on record.  We agree with the view taken by the State Commission.  Revision petition is dismissed.
