This appeal filed in the year 2015 has been pending for the past five years. Till today, service of notice on the respondents remain incomplete. The 2nd respondent has not been served. The appellant was taking time for completing service on the 2nd respondent through substituted service from 28-07-2017. Despite grant of repeated chances, no steps have been taken. There has been no representation for the appellant when the appeal is called in court also. In spite of the above, we have been indulgent in adjourning the case. The case stands posted today for producing paper publication of the 2nd respondent. There is no representation for the appellant. No steps have been taken. No draft paper publication is produced. It is obvious that the appellant is no longer interested in prosecuting this appeal. This appeal is therefore
dismissed for non prosecution.
