ORDER   ORDER (Delivered on 21/01/2014) PER SHRI B.A. SHAIKH, HON’BLE PRESIDING MEMBER.           Adv. Mr. A.A. Mardikar is present for the appellant. Adv. Mr. Solat is present for the respondent Nos. 1&2. Appeal is taken on today’s board on the application of Adv. of both the parties, which is granted. They have submitted that both the parties arrived at settlement outside the Commission. They have field compromise petition. Smt. Firdos Majid Sheikh who is the wife of the respondent No.1 and mother of the respondent No.2 is also present. She filed copy of Power of Attorney executed in her favour by the respondent No.1. She also filed authority letter issued in her name by the respondent No.2. She signed compromise petition as per Power of Attorney of the respondent Nos.1 & 2. As per the compromise petition filed by both the parties, appellant’s Adv. handed over the cheque of Rs.1,75,000/- to the said Power of Attorney Holder of both the respondents today. Adv. of the respondents also admitted the same. In view of the said settlement the appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise petition dated 21/01/2014 which is filed today. Statutory amount deposited by the appellant be refunded to them.
