ORDER

It is stated by learned counsel for both the parties that they have settled the above noted matters amicably for a total sum of Rs.1,10,000/- (Rupees one lakh ten thousand only) towards full and final settlement. It is further stated by learned counsel for the parties that as per settlement, respondent Abdul Gaffar withdraws all his allegations made in the complaint filed before the District Forum and the complaint filed before the District Forum shall be treated being dismissed as withdrawn. It is further pointed out that at the time of admission hearing, a sum of Rs.50,000/- had already been deposited by the petitioners with the District Forum. Respondent/Complainant Abdul Gaffar is permitted to withdraw Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) which is lying deposited with the District Forum. As suggested by both the counsel, remaining amount of Rs.60,000/- shall be deposited by the petitioner by way of demand draft in the name of the respondent with the District Forum, Mysore, within four weeks. Thereafter, respondent/complainant can withdraw that demand draft also from the District Forum, Mysore. In view of the above settlement arrived at between the parties, the above noted revision petitions stand disposed of as settled. Both parties shall be bound by the above settlement. Dasti to both parties.
