Pleadings of the complainant in brief.
- The complainant approached this Commission alleging various malpractices and misappropriation on the part of the chitty firm run by the opposite parties in the chitties subscribed by him and his brother’s son, Mr.Mohammed.
- Notices were issued to the opposite parties and they entered appearance on 10.04.2021 but failed to file their version with in the statutory period. Neither the complainant or opposite parties filed proof affidavit or marked any document as evidence.
- The complainant has been continuously absent during the proceedings of the case. Hence complaint was taken for orders based on merit.
- In the absence of proof affidavit or documents adduced as evidence from the part of the complainant or opposite parties, this Commission is not in a position to examine the merits of the case. Further the complainant has been continuously absent throughout the proceedings which clearly shows his lack of interest in conducting the case.
- In the result, the complaint is dismissed.
