3.      National Insurance Company Limited, Branch Office, Pehowa Chowk, Kaithal through its Branch Manager, Vide Cashless Policy No.421106394896 dated 25.04.2014.

          A reference dated December 18th, 2015 has been sent by President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Kaithal to transfer complaint No.137 of 2014 titled Med Singh Vs. ABA Nissan and others, pending before the District Forum on the ground that Vikram Singh, Assistant Programmer, working in the District Forum, deputed by National Informatics Centre, New Delhi is the son of Med Singh-complainant.

2.      Earlier, ABA Nissan Motors filed transfer application No.02 of 2015 to transfer the complaint on the same ground but this Commission vide order dated July 28th, 2016 dismissed the said application observing that the District Forum consisting of President and two Members and it is not expected from them that they would give verdict in the complaint on the asking of an employee and that too not of the District Forum but of National Informatics Centre, New Delhi.

3.      In view of this, reference is declined.  File be sent back to the District Forum to decide the complaint in accordance with law.
