1. Aavas Financiers Ltd. (Formerly known as AU housing Finance Limited), having its office at: SCO no.216-P, 1^st floor, Mini Secretariat Sector-12, Karnal, through its Branch Manager.

Regd. & Corp Office at:- 201-202, 2^nd floor, Southend square, Mansarovar Industrial Area, Jaipur-302020.

2. Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company Ltd., having its branch office at SCF no.135, 1^st floor, above subway, Kalra market, Sector-13, Karnal.

Regd. Office at:- Unit no.1902, 19^th floor, Parinee Crescenzo, “G” block, Bandra Kurla complex BKC road, near MCA ground, Bandra East, Mumbai.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present: Smt. Rajo Devi, complainant in person alongwith Sh. Balvinder Singh Advocate.

                               

                Complaint presented today. It be checked and registered.

                   At this stage, complainant suffered her separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdrawal the same.    

        In view of the above statement the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
