NAWAB SINGH J, (ORAL):

 

          This order disposes of miscellaneous application No.70 of 2015 filed in Appeal No.519 of 2013, M/s P.P. Automotives Private Limited and Another Versus Aatma Ram and Another.

2.      By filing the present application, applicants-opposite parties No.1 & 2 prayed for refund of deposited amount of Rs.81,850/- (Rs.25,000/- + Rs.56,850/-).

3.      A complaint under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 was filed by Aatma Ram against the applicants before the District Consumer Forum, Karnal, which was allowed vide order dated June 04th, 2013. 

4.      The appeal filed by the applicants-opposite parties No.1 & 2 was allowed by this Commission vide order dated September 10th, 2013 and the complaint was dismissed.

5.      This being so, the amount of Rs.81,850/- (Rs.25,000/- + Rs.56,850/-) be refunded to the applicants against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.
