                    Respondent ex-parte.

                              

                   On the basis of even dated application, file taken up on today. No notice of even dated application is required to the opposite party, because it is already proceeded against ex-parte. Complainant suffered statement, according to which, he entered into compromise with the respondent and compromise deed is Ex.CX and in view of the compromise deed Ex.CX, he does not want to prosecute the present complaint.  Keeping in view the statement suffered by the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. Reader of this Commission is directed to make necessary entry in the relevant register/system with regard to disposal of the complaint on today. File be consigned to records.
