As per office report no stay order or any other order has been received from the Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi or any other Court.

                        This is an application for refund of Rs.25,000/- alongwith interest, if any,  accrued thereon, deposited by the applicant/appellant, at the time of filing the appeal.

                   It is evident from record that against the order dated 31.8.2012 passed by the District Forum, First Appeal No.336 of 2012 was filed by the applicant/appellant, which was accepted vide order dated 8.01.2013 and the order of the District Forum was set aside.

                   Feeling aggrieved, against the said order the respondent/complainant preferred Revision Petition No. 1580 of 2013 before the Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi and vide order dated 6.8.2013 the same was dismissed. 

                   In view of above, there is no legal impediment, in allowing the application, in the manner, that a sum of Rs.25,000/-, deposited by the applicant/appellant, at the time of filing the appeal,  alongwith interest, if any, accrued thereon, shall stand refunded, in its favour, against valid receipt and on proper identification.

                   The application stands disposed of accordingly

                   Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
