ORDER

When the case is taken up, nobody appeared for the Petitioner. Even on earlier occasions also i.e. on 22.04.2022, 30.06.2022, 17.10.2022 and 02.12.2022 nobody had appeared for the Petitioner. It appears that the Petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. The Revision Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty given to the Petitioner to file an Application for recall/ restoration of this Revision Petition to its original number in the event the Petitioner is interested in pursuing the matter.
