CORRIGENDUM

 

This file is taken up on the application moved by the complainant seeking correction of date in the judgment pronounced on 16.04.2018, wherein the date of visit to Trade Fair, Pragati Maidan, has been wrongly mentioned as 24.04.2011 instead of 24.11.2011 and for correction in the name of late Shri Inder Sain Jain, instead of late Shri Indersen Jain.

We have perused the judgment and documents and have noticed that there has been a typographical error in the judgment in respect to the date and name mentioned in the order. The error being apparent on the face of record stands corrected which may be read as follows.

1. Date of visit in the judgment                           -       24.04.2011

Correct Date of visit-24.11.2011

2. Name in the title of judgment                             - Shri Vikas Jain s/o late Shri

Indersen Jain.

Correct name in the title of the judgment-Shri Vikas Jain s/o late Shri

Inder Sain Jain.

In view of the above we allow the application accordingly. This order shall be read as  part of judgment dated 16.04.2018.

Copy of order be given dasti.
