         Today the case is fixed for tendering of evidence by the complainant subject to last opportunity but neither the complainant appeared nor tendered any evidence despite several calling of the case since morning. Let the case be called again after lunch break.

            Case called again after lunch break but neither the complainant nor his counsel has put in appearance.  Waited sufficiently. It is already 3.35 P.M. No intimation regarding absence of complainant is received.  From the perusal of the case file, it reveals that the complainant also did not appear on 10.5.2018, 25.7.2018, 20.9.2018 and today on 27.9.2018.    So, it seems that the complainant is not serious in pursuing the compliant. It is relevant to mention here that the complainant has not adduced any evidence in support of his contentions made in the compliant so far and in the absence of any evidence to be adduced by the complainant we are unable to proceed further with the present complaint.  Thus, there is no justification to keep the case pending; hence, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed in default.  Copies of this order be supplied/sent to the parties concerned free of costs.  File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
