Present:       Complainant in person with Shri Sanjeev Dhawan, Advocate.

Today, complainant has made a statement that he does not want to pursue the present complaint due to technical defect and withdraws the present. He also prays that permission may be granted for filing fresh complaint before the appropriate authority. In view of the statement of complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file fresh complaint. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
