After intervention of the Bench both parties are ready to settle the matter for an amount of Rs. 500/- as full and final settlement. OP has also paid settlement amount before the Bench to Complainant.

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of  this order be given Dasti.
