2.             M/s Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd., B-1205, New Ashok Nagar, New Delhi-110096 through its authorized signatory.

Today the case is fixed for compliance. Complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that he has received a demand draft of Rs.2499/- thorugh registered post from the Ops. Today also he has received demand draft of Rs.18,069/- vide bearing No.014774 dated 02.03.2015 and order under execution application has been fully complied with. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present execution application being fully satisfied.

Heard. In view of the statement, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.    

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
