                   File put up today on the application moved on behalf of complainant. Parties have compromised the matter in the Lok Adalat. Statements of learned counsel for parties have been recorded. As per statements, the opposite parties no.2 and 3 shall pay a sum of Rs.5000/- to the complainant, within a period of 40 days from today subject to handing over bill, job sheet, cancelled cheque, ID proof to the learned counsel for ops by the complainant. As per statement of ld. counsel for complainant, old set with accessories is already in care centre. In default, the complainant will be entitled to interest @9% per annum from the date of order till actual payment. The present complaint stands disposed of accordingly. A copy of this order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
