            This is a complaint filed under Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for directing the opposite parties:

1. To immediately repay Rs.51,425/- to the complainant with interest @ 12% per annum from 10.08.2005 & till date of payment and discharge in full quits of dues.
2. To pay Rs.50,000/- to complainant as compensation to deter such deficiencies of service by OPs.
3. To pay compensation ofRs.50,000/- towards physical and mental sufferings and agony as are caused to complainant and his family.
4. To pay Rs.5000/- as cost of proceedings to the complainant.

Today the complaint was called.  The complainant called absent, no representation made. OPs 1 and 2 are present and represented by the counsel.  OP.3 absent, no representation made.  The complainant did not show any interest to proceed the matter.  The complainant did not produce the vehicle in dispute before this Forum as directed.  Hence, in the absence of complainant and the vehicle in dispute this Forum is unable to proceed the matter further.  Hence this complaint is hereby dismissed for default. No costs.
