Shashi Pal Saini Vs. Akash Institute Statement of Sh. Rajdeep Goyal, counsel for the complainant W.O. Stated that I have received cheque No.626942 dated 19.07.2010 for Rs.18,339/- drawn on Oriental Bank Of Commerce, Zila Parishad, Bathinda from the opposite party Nos. 2 and 3 today in Court as full and final settlement and I do not want to proceed with this complaint.
