            On 21.10.2019, complainant had sought time to file relevant documents and also to amend the complaint. The said order was never complied with despite appearance by the complainant on 15.11.2019 and 30.1.2020.  The Complainant was absent on 25.2.2020, 23.11.2020, 09.12.2020, 01.03.2021 and  01.2.2022. The Complant is still at the admission stage. Today also the complainant is not represented before us.  It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the  matter.  Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.  File be consigned to record room.
