Present:       Complainant in person alongwith Sh. Bharat Jain, Advocate for                            complainant.

                   Sh. Parveen Manchanda in person alongwith Sh. Gulshan Chawla,                                 Advocate for the Opposite parties.

                   File taken up today on an application moved by ld. counsel for the complainant. Sh. Parveen Manchanda appeared on behalf of opposite parties and suffered a statement that in above case full and final settlement has been effected with complainant in Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy five thousand only). He further stated that above payment will be made to the complainant within 30 days.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that he has read and heard the above statement and agrees with same. He further stated that he has no objection if the matter is disposed off accordingly.

                   In view of the statement made by both the parties, present case is disposed with direction to opposite parties to pay the alleged amount of Rs. 75,000/- (Rupees Seventy five thousand only) to the complainant within 30 days failing which opposite parties shall be liable to pay the settlement amount alongwith interest of 9% per annum from today i.e. 24.05.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
