                   Today the case is fixed for filing evidence by the Complainant. At this stage, Sh. Harish Rana, Father/Authorised representative of the Complainant, by making a separate statement, states that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint as the matter has been amicably settled with the OPs; hence, he withdraws the present complaint, being fully satisfied.                            

                   Heard. In view of the statement made on behalf of the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
