2.       Aakash Educational Services Limited Branch Officer 1^st & 2^nd Floor, SCO 230 & 231, Sector-12, Karnal 132001.

                                                                             …..Opposite parties.

 

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act.

Present:     Shri Naveen Khetarpal, counsel for complainant.

                   None for OPs.

         

                    Today the case was fixed for compromise, if any, and for filing written version on behalf of OPs. None has appeared on behalf of OPs. However, learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that complainant has received an amunt of ₹17,700/- through a cheque as full and final settlement. Therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraw the same.  

      In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
