Present:       Shri Shekhar Thakur, Advocate for the complainant.

                   Shri Ramesh Chander, representative on behalf of OPs.

                                               

Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that complainant has received claimed amount of Rs.17,700/- from the OPs vide cheque no.917597 dated 05.08.2020. Now nothing remains against the OPs. Therefore, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same. Heard. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
