EA No.25 of 2018.

Gurdev Singh vs. Aadi Seeds.

 

Present:Sh.Karanjeet Singh, Adv.for DH.

           Sh.Saurabh Bansal, Adv. for JD No.1.

           Sh.M.C.Gupta, Adv. for OP No.2.

 

         Today the case is fixed for compliance. The ld. Counsel for the JD No.2 placed copy of order dated 27.4.2018 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission whereby the Hon’ble State Commission ordered as under:-

“Record nor received.  Adjourned to 30.5.2018 for summoning the record of learned District Forum.

In the mean time half of the amount as awarded by the learned Distric Forum be deposited there and be not disbursed till the decision of the appeal”. 

          In view of the order passed by the Hon’ble State Commission, the JD No.2 had deposited the amount of Rs.23225/- in this Forum.  Accountant of this Forum is directed to get prepared the FDRs of the above said amount. In view of the order passed by the Hon’ble State Commission, the present execution petition stands adjourned sine die.  The DH is at liberty to get it restored after the decision of the revision.  File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
