The Complainant  is present. Opponent is present. Complainant moved an application for withdraw the complaint against Opponent as matter is settled between the parties out of Court. Application is allowed.  Hence Complaint is disposed off as withdrawn.

1. The Complainant’s complaint has been withdrawn and closed.

2. No order as to costs.

3. The  Certified copy of this order be furnished to both the parties   free of cost.

     4. The member sets (if any) shall be returned to the complainant. In case, Complainant fails to collect the said sets within a period of  

         30 days from the receipt of copy of member set, the same may be destroyed.
