This order is arising out of the M.A. being No. 38/2018 filed by the complainant in the C.C. No. 158/2017 with a prayer for expunging the name and address of the OP-2 from the cause title of the complaint.

Today the ld. Counsel for the complainant is present and puts endorsement in the margin of the said M.A. being “not pressed”.

Therefore, as the complainant is not willing to proceed with the said M.A. and the ld. Advocate put endorsement “not pressed”, we have no other option but to dispose of the said M.A. being “not pressed”.

Hence, it is

that the M.A. being No. 38/2018 be and the same is disposed of being not pressed.
