Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed for non-prosecution.

            Ld. Counsel for the Op nos. 1 & 2 files hazira. Today also no step taken by the complainant. None appears on behalf of the complainant during its call. No show cause is filed on behalf of the complainant.

            It is found from the record vide order No. 07, dated 15.11.2019 that OP Nos. 1 & 2 filed written version but the copy was not served due to absence of complainant or his Ld. Advocate and 13.12.2019 was fixed for filing evidence-on-affidavit by the complainant. Thereafter on 13.12.2019 complainant did not take any step and none appeared on behalf of the complainant during its call. Therefore, date was fixed on 20.01.2020 for showing cause by the complainant. Today also the complainant is without any step and no show cause is filed. So, we are of the view that the complainant has lost interest to proceed with the case further for which he is not taking any step in this complaint. Thus, we are of the opinion that the present complaint should be dismissed for default.

Hence, it is

that the present Consumer Complaint being No. 104/2019 be and the same is dismissed for default. There is no order as to costs.

            Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
