Per Sri A.Hazarath Rao, President:-

        Counsel for the complainant filed memo on 21-12-12 as mentioned infra:

        “I filed the above case against the opposite party.  During the pendency of the above CC he contacted me and gave me Rs.8,000/- (Eight thousand only) in the presence of middleman and took back the defective battery.  His payment included the battery.  His payment included the battery cost and my court expenses. 

          In this connection, I agreed to withdraw my complaint filed against him.  Therefore, I request your honour, to close my complaint without costs as we are compromised out of court.”

          In view of the said memo the complaint is dismissed as settled out of Forum.
