It is the complainant’s case that she paid an amount of Rs.8,50,000/- by cash on 3.4.09 and entered into an agreement of sale evidenced under Ex.A1 for flat no.405 admeasuring 1045 sq.ft. for a total sale consideration Rs.25,59,000/- .  th
